MSPStack — Code-first MSP Automation Platform
A control plane for the automations an MSP already runs — plus an open-source AI layer.
A hub that observes and orchestrates heterogeneous automations in place: ground-truth liveness from run telemetry, Azure/Rewst observers, org onboarding, and a connection broker with CSP/GDAP — credentials never leave the vault. The AI layer — an MCP gateway and servers for ConnectWise, IT Glue and Planner — is MIT-licensed and self-hosted.
AI Ticket Triage System
Intelligent ticket classification and routing for a mid-size MSP — reducing manual triage time by 70%.
Incoming tickets are embedded and classified against a vector database of historical tickets (Qdrant), then automatically routed to the correct board, priority, and technician in ConnectWise Manage. LLM-powered response drafting accelerates resolution.
DC-less AVD Deployment
Azure Virtual Desktop environment for 200+ users — no on-premises domain controllers.
Designed a fully cloud-native identity stack: Entra ID join with Okta federation, FSLogix profile containers on Azure Files with Kerberos auth, Intune device compliance policies, and Conditional Access enforcing zero-trust posture.
Self-Hosted Coolify on Hetzner
Production-grade self-hosted PaaS replacing multiple SaaS subscriptions — at 1/10th the cost.
Deployed Coolify on Hetzner dedicated servers with automated Docker builds, SSL provisioning, database backups, and monitoring. Hosts internal tools, client dashboards, and staging environments with full GitOps workflow.

About Me
I'm a Senior Core Services Engineer at Network Doctor, where I've spent nearly 15 years building and evolving automation systems that eliminate repetitive work and let technicians focus on what matters. With 20+ years in IT, my work sits at the intersection of AI, cloud infrastructure, and the practical realities of managing thousands of endpoints.
Right now I'm building MSPStack — a code-first automation platform for MSPs — in the open. Its AI layer, an MCP gateway and servers for the tools MSPs actually run, is already MIT-licensed on GitHub.
I also co-founded Proinit Consulting, a Managed Service Provider in Moldova, where I served as CTO for over 13 years — building the team, infrastructure, and service delivery from the ground up. Based in Moldova.
Outside of work, I'm deep into Home Assistant automations, building IoT projects on ESP32 and nRF platforms, training computer vision models, and experimenting with LoRa networks and edge computing on Raspberry Pi.
